1. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders placed on our website. Payments are collected at the time of delivery to make your shopping experience convenient and secure.

2. Replacement Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you may request a replacement within 3 days from the date of delivery.

Steps to Request a Replacement:

Conditions for Replacement:

  • The product must be in its original packaging.

  • The defect must be manufacturing related. Damage caused by misuse or mishandling will not be eligible for replacement.

  • The replacement will be sent free of cost, and we aim to process it as quickly as possible.

3. Refunds

Currently, we do not offer direct refunds for COD orders. Replacements will be provided for defective or damaged products.
